At The Mobility Guys (ABN 23 690 543 910), the exclusive Australian importer and distributor of the Moving Life ATTO mobility scooter, we are committed to delivering your purchase quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. Whether you are an NDIS participant or a private customer, we ensure your ATTO mobility scooter or accessories arrive in perfect condition.

1. Delivery Areas

We proudly offer Australia-wide delivery, including:

  • Metro areas in all states and territories
  • Regional towns and rural communities
  • Remote locations (delivery times may vary)

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

  • Metro Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days (subject to courier availability)

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier and freight companies who handle mobility equipment with care.
Where possible, deliveries will require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe handover.

5. Receiving Your Delivery

When your order arrives:

  • Inspect the package for any visible damage before signing
  • Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery

6. Special Delivery Requests

If you need a specific delivery date or assembly on arrival, please contact us before ordering so we can arrange a suitable service.

7. International Orders

As the sole authorised distributor of Moving Life ATTO in Australia, we currently only deliver within Australia. For overseas purchases, please contact Moving Life directly.
