All new ATTO scooters come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by component:
- Main scooter frame – up to 3 years
- Battery – 1 year
- Other parts – as per manufacturer’s terms
Warranty claims must be made through The Mobility Guys or an authorised Moving Life service agent.
Yes. As the official distributor, we stock genuine Moving Life spare parts and provide servicing either in-house or through authorised service partners across Australia.
