At The Mobility Guys, we believe buying a scooter should be worry-free. That’s why we proudly offer a 7-Day No Questions Asked Return Guarantee.

We can do this because we know the quality of our scooters, the technology behind them, and their proven track record in more than 60 countries worldwide. In short: we know you’ll love it — but if you’re not sure, don’t treat it as yours until you are.

7-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

  • You have 7 days from delivery to decide if it’s right for you.
  • Scooters must be in as-new condition, used indoors only, with clean, unmarked tyres.
  • Original packaging is required – please hold onto the box and inserts.
  • All accessories (charger, keys, manuals, etc.) must be included.
  • Shipping costs (both delivery and return) are covered by the customer at cost price. We can organise this for you, or you can choose your own courier.
  • Once returned and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly back to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

  • If your scooter is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • In these cases, we cover shipping both ways.
  • Just contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Not Eligible for Change of Mind

  • Scooters used outdoors or showing signs of wear, damage, or soiled tyres.
  • Missing packaging or accessories.
  • Personal-use products (such as cushions or bathroom aids), unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Return

  1. Email sales@themobilityguys.com.au within 7 days of receiving your scooter.
  2. Provide your order number and photos (including tyres).
  3. We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange return freight if needed.
  4. Pack securely in the original packaging for safe transit.
